Young Medics Society is an enriching experience offered at Worth as part of our co-curricular programme for students interested in pursuing medicine, dentistry or veterinary careers.
Each week at Worth there is a choice of more than 150 activities, clubs and societies that usually take place outside the formal classroom setting. Students of all ages take part in activities one afternoon, and clubs and societies at least twice a week.
All students are encouraged to engage and participate wholeheartedly in our extensive co-curricular programme, which we see as an essential ingredient to developing the whole person.
Young Medics Society provides the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities including practical investigations, dissections and watching university lectures on health-related topics. The society also helps students prepare for university applications for medical courses.
