It was lovely for the School to host a gathering of Worthians at the impressive Soho House in Hong Kong on Friday, providing an opportunity to let former students and parents of current pupils know about exciting recent developments at Worth.
Members of our Admissions team gave a short presentation about our wonderful new Sixth Form Centre and library, the Spencer Building, as well as new classrooms which were recently opened, significant changes to Butler House, our new indoor golf facility and re-laid tennis courts.
Then on Saturday, Mr Gordon Pearce (Deputy Head External) and Registrar Mrs Soraya Botha met with prospective families at the Academic Asia UK education exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, where they were able to talk about how Worth does not just provide an outstanding education – we offer education with heart and soul.
At Worth, we are very fortunate to study, work and live alongside people whose native language is not the same as our own. While most of our pupils at Worth live in London and the South East of England, there are currently 28 different nationalities at the School and each member of the Worth community brings a life of different experiences and perspectives from which we can all learn.
Worth will also be in Dubai on 25 and 26 February for the UK Boarding School Exhibition at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Any families in Dubai wishing to register for that event should go to: https://www.andersoneducation.co.uk/exhibitions/dubai
