Worth girls meet sporting stars

A group of Worth girls attended a Grays Women in Sport Day where they were able to pick up tips from leading women in sport.

The girls were able to spend time with Great Britain hockey player and England Commonwealth gold medallist Holly Hunt, Wallaroos and Harlequins rugby player Emily Chancellor and Saracens Mavericks netballer Kira Rothwell.

The girls got to take part in rugby, netball and hockey challenges as well as try on a variety of Grays merchandise. They also had a Q&A session with the professional athletes. Grays Teamsports are the supplier of sports kits for Worth School.
