Worth chosen as finalist for award

Worth is delighted to have been announced as a finalist for the category of Boarding School of the Year in the Independent Schools of the Year awards.

This is wonderful news and follows an announcement yesterday that Worth has won the Best of the Best Senior category for ‘Great Alumni Mentoring’ in The Week Independent Schools Guide 2024.

In July Worth was shortlisted for the Boarding School of the Year award and confirmation we are on the list of finalists came this week. Congratulations to the fellow finalists who are: Lomond School, Ludgrove Prep School, Milton Abbey School, Roedean School, Scarborough College, Strathallan School and Sunningdale School.

Hundreds of schools submitted nominations for 24 award categories in the Independent Schools of the Year awards. The winners of each category will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on Tuesday 8 October.

Our inclusion as a finalist for Independent Boarding School of the Year is something for the whole Worth community to celebrate. We are proud to be a vibrant, ambitious coeducational school for 11 to 18 year olds, offering an excellent all-round education for day and boarding students.
