Worth celebrates excellent A Level results

Worth students are today celebrating an outstanding set of A Level results, including seven students who achieved straight A* results.

The results are the best ever A Level results for the School, with 58% of grades at A*-A and 80% A*-B, with a 100% pass rate. Our heartfelt congratulations go to the A Level cohort of 2021 who have shown remarkable tenacity and positivity throughout these last two years and have taken to a new way of working incredibly well.

Students have fulfilled offers at the very best UK universities, as well as a wide variety in Europe and the United States. Destinations include Cambridge, UCL, KCL, Durham, Warwick, Bristol, Southampton, Birmingham and Exeter.

Alice McNeill, Deputy Head (Academic), said: “I wish to congratulate each and every member of Year 13 for your hard work and determination. You have worked so hard and these results are testament to your excellent attitudes and support of each other. I cannot wait to hear about all you achieve next in your academic careers. We are confident in our internal processes which were rigorous and stood up to all quality assurance tests.”
