Worth’s Welcome Festival on Saturday was a tremendous success, bringing families together to launch the academic year in a fun way with a real sense of community.
The event, organised and hosted by the Friends of Worth, included food stalls, live music, an inflatable assault course, a coconut shy, House stalls and fire pits at the end of the day. At the same time there was plenty of Worthian sport going on, including rugby, hockey, tennis and netball.
It was wonderful to see so many families there and we hope this will become a regular event on the Worth calendar.
Thank you to the Friends of Worth, our parent association, and to their student helpers for an excellent day
Here are a few images from the day. Pictures from the Worthian sport events will be shared in the coming days.
