Prospective pupils and parents are encouraged to visit several times.
I remember the first day I came to Worth and I was charmed by the quiet beauty of the landscape, the vibrant sense of care and spirituality I could feel around me, and by the seriousness of the courses offered.
Visitors are warmly welcomed at Worth and parents are encouraged to visit several times, both with and without their children, to tour the School and to meet the pupils, the staff and the other parents.
Private Visits / Virtual Tours
Worth does not hold group open days; each child and family are unique, and are met individually. A private visit during the school working day enables parents to have detailed, bespoke tours of the school campus, with private meetings with pupils, teaching staff and the Head of Admissions. The Head Master and other senior staff are also available to meet parents when requested. Parents living overseas and unable to come on a private visit are encouraged to join an individual Virtual Tour. Meet the Head Master events are also held virtually throughout the school year.
Please contact Admissions to book a visit or appointment.
Meet the Head Master
Virtual meetings are held every month to enable prospective families to meet the Head Master in person, with Mr Stuart McPherson sharing his thoughts on how Worth delivers ‘Education with Heart and Soul’, and to offer opportunities to ask any individual questions that parents may have.

Introduction Days
Introduction Days are held in the Autumn Term prior to the year of entry for boys and girls joining at 11+ (Year 7) and 13+ (Year 9) and offer them a chance to familiarise themselves further with the School by attending some classes, activities and sports, and to meet other pupils who will be joining. Parents will also be invited to have further tours of the School and to meet staff, and current and prospective parents. Parents of boys and girls joining at 13+ in Year 9 will also be invited to have tours of the Houses and to meet Housemasters or Housemistresses before stating any House preference.
Shadow Days
Boys and girls offered a place to join at 11+ (Year 7) or 13+ (Year 9) can also take advantage of a Shadow Day – typically in the Spring or Summer Term prior to entry – whereby they can experience a typical day at Worth, shadowing a ‘buddy’ pupil.
Demographics
Most of our pupils live in London and the South East of England but a number come from other parts of the UK. Around one-fifth of the pupils at Worth are from overseas, most coming from the countries of Western Europe, and a handful from South America and Asia.
