Trips & Visits

Every year pupils at Worth take part in a wide variety of trips and visits.

Recent overseas trips have included a Drama trip to New York, a music tour to Lake Garda in Italy, language trips to both Paris and Barcelona, a Sixth Form History and Politics trip to Washington, plus History trips to Auschwitz and Berlin. All pupils in Years 7 and 8 go on an annual residential trip to a PGL adventure camp. The School runs two ski trips each year, to Austria and Italy, covering all year groups, while there is an annual summer pilgrimage to Lourdes run by the Order of Malta Volunteers. The School has also run service expedition trips from time to time, with Borneo and Uganda being the most recent. Other trips in recent years include a rugby tour to Canada, a Sixth Form surf trip to Morocco, a biennial Year 12 Physics visit to CERN in Geneva, an annual World War One battlefields trip to Belgium for Year 9 and a choir trip to Rome.
