Everyone at Worth wishes 1st XV rugby player Tate Williams the best as he prepares to represent England in the U18 Six Nations Festival in France.
Tate is in England’s 26-man squad for the tournament, with their first game against Scotland at 12.15pm tomorrow (Thursday). England then play Spain on Monday at 10am before finishing against hosts France on Friday 18 April at 5.30pm. All matches will be played at Stade Municipal Louis Darragon.
Tate, who also plays for Harlequins, made his England debut in a warm-up fixture away to Ireland on Saturday 29 March when he came on as a 54th-minute replacement to win his first cap. Pictures from that game are inset into the main image.
He is the second Worth player to be named in England’s U18 Six Nations Festival squad in as many years after team-mate Felix Bateman-Champain was included in last year’s competition.
Best wishes Tate. We are proud of your achievements.
Every game will be live-streamed on the Six Nations Under-20s YouTube channel.
