Tate helps England go undefeated

Many congratulations to Worth 1st XV rugby player Tate Williams who was part of the England squad which went unbeaten at the U18 Six Nations Festival in France.

Tate played his part when he started the game in a 43-19 victory over Spain, which was England’s second match in the competition. He was also among the replacements, without getting on, for the opening defeat of Scotland and then a thrilling 29-27 victory over France which concluded the tournament.

Tate, who also plays for Harlequins, made his England debut in a warm-up fixture away to Ireland prior to the Six Nations Festival.

We are incredibly proud of Tate’s ongoing achievements.

He is the second Worth player to be named in England’s U18 Six Nations Festival squad in as many years after team-mate Felix Bateman-Champain was included in last year’s competition.
