Worth School

Year 13 A Level students who have completed their Extended Project Qualification were given the opportunity to present their projects to staff and peers before the Easter holidays.

The EPQ offers Sixth Form A Level students the opportunity to research a topic in depth and produce, for example, a 5,000-word dissertation on a subject of their choice. It is a free-standing qualification worth half an A Level and its purpose is to add a further dimension to Sixth Form study, preparing students for the kind of independent learning that they will encounter at university. Students begin their EPQ in Year 12.
