Worth School

Worth ran another excellent ski trip to Italy during the Easter holidays which included some excellent skiing, fun activities in the evenings and an afternoon exploring the historic city of Verona.

Each year the School runs two ski trips, including a senior school trip to Austria in December, giving all students the opportunity to take part.

The junior trip at the end of the Lent Term was for students in Years 7 to 10 who headed to Tesero in northern Italy. They visited the ski resorts of Pampeago, Bellamonte and Cermis. A programme of evening entertainment included swimming, a magic show, a cinema evening, a quiz evening and an escape room puzzle.

The group also explored Verona where they visited sights such as the amphitheatre that hosted the closing ceremony of the recent Winter Olympics and Juliet’s balcony from Shakespeare’s famous play set in Verona.

Trips are an important part of an education at Worth. Every year students take part in a wide variety of charitable, educational and sports trips, at home and abroad.
