Students develop skills for a good cause

Worth’s CAFOD Young Leaders have been working with parish representatives from CAFOD (Catholic Agency For Overseas Development) on their ‘Spring Clean’ fundraising project, which recycles used jewellery, small electronics and other items to raise funds for the charity’s many overseas missions.

This was a great first step in building a stronger partnership with CAFOD and Worth Abbey Parish, as well as being an excellent opportunity for our students to develop their project management skills.

We look forward to further opportunities for collaboration and a stronger working relationship between CAFOD Young Leaders and the Worth Parish’s CAFOD representatives in the future.
