Providing healthy, tasty, well-balanced meals is of huge importance to us at Worth and a delicious range of new dishes feature on our menus for the Autumn Term.
With a new Head of Catering supported by a new Catering Manager, our meals offer the best fresh seasonal ingredients, with all dietary requirements catered for.
New main meal options for the Autumn Term include lamb kleftiko, poached salmon with dill hollandaise, crispy orange beef, vegan Chinese chilli aubergine, halloumi fajitas and wild mushroom stroganoff. There is always a chef’s salad option, a different homemade soup each lunchtime along with a ‘Sussex spud’ with a variety of toppings depending on the day.
Breakfast for boarders includes a choice of cereals, a ‘breakfast special’ each day, hot breakfasts, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. In the evenings this term, there will be a themed night each week chosen by the boarding Houses. Menus run on a three-weekly basis.
