Senior prefects talk about leadership

Worth School

Our four senior prefects have been featured in a national magazine, speaking about Worth School and how taking on leadership roles has helped them develop as individuals.

School House Magazine is a biannual publication published with Country and Town House which offers a complete guide to the best independent schools.

In the Autumn/Winter publication, our Head Boy, Head Girl and their deputies are interviewed about their time at the School. Head Girl Florrie said: “As a head pupil, one of the things we have learnt is helping people to feel more comfortable.”

Worth awards a variety of prefect positions each to year to between 40 and 50 students. Each of them must have taken part in the Worth Leadership Formation course to be considered for a prefect position. The course aims to form students in leadership, as well as showing them how faith connects to leadership.
