Rugby and hockey provide highlights of another great term of sport

Another terrific term for sport at Worth was highlighted by our 2nd XV rugby boys going through their season undefeated and the 1st XI hockey girls reaching the National Plate semi-finals for the first time.

At the final assembly of the Autumn Term, both teams were acknowledged, while the 2nd XV rugby boys were presented with Outstanding Achievement ties by the Head Master, Mr Stuart McPherson. It was the second successive season our 2nd XV had gone through their campaign unbeaten.

There was also a presentation to Kent Kubo who became Sussex sabre fencing champion while Most Valuable Player and Most Improved Player awards were made for rugby, hockey and football, as well as Colours and Half Colours which are the highest honours on a sporting front at the School.

Well done to everyone who received an award. Here is a selection of pictures from the awards, featuring some of the award recipients.
