Pupils shine in national coding challenge

All Junior School pupils in Years 7 and 8 entered the first ever national Coding Challenge and seven of them were awarded a Gold certificate which put them in the top 10% of all participants in the country.

Three of these pupils not only finished in the top 10% nationally but they achieved full marks in the challenge, which is a remarkable achievement.

Well done to all pupils who participated.

The Computer Science department at Worth is encouraging pupils in all year groups to enter more national competitions.
