Promoting sustainability

In our latest move to promote sustainability, Worth has teamed up with award-winning company Rubies in the Rubble to offer a new range of plant-based mealtime condiments and relishes.

Plastic sachets of condiments have been replaced by new, reusable containers made of entirely recycled products dispensing the likes of ketchup and mayonnaise.

The condiments themselves are also environmentally-friendly with ketchup being made using surplus produce such as pears and apples, as well as containing 50% less sugar.

Catering manager Robert Hoegger said: “We listened to our students who wanted our sauces to be more environmentally friendly.”
