Presentations made to prefects

Our new prefects for the 2020-21 academic year were congratulated yesterday and told they should take pride in carrying out leadership roles within the Worth community.

Prefects are normally presented with ties or pins in the Abbey Church on Speech Day in May, but that was unable to happen this year due to coronavirus restrictions.

Instead, Head Master Mr Stuart McPherson gathered the group, socially distanced, in the Barlow Room for a presentation ceremony before the new prefects assembled on the lawn outside the Head Master’s Study for a picture.

The second picture shows Mr McPherson with the new Head Girl, Head Boy and their deputies.
