New leadership roles for pupils

Worth has increased the opportunities for pupil voice at the School by introducing Middle School learning prefects for the first time.

We already have prefects who take up their roles after completing a Worth Leadership Formation course in Year 12 and we also have Junior School prefects in Austin House.

The introduction of Middle School prefects increases pupil representation and provides another way for pupils to have their say.

Our new Middle School prefects were presented with commemorative pins in an assembly at the end of the Autumn Term and we congratulate them all for being chosen for these positions.
