A new initiative for academic scholars

A new initiative has been launched at Worth as part of our academic enrichment programme.
Academic scholars in Years 7 to 9 have been invited to take part in the Renaissance Challenge. During the year they will produce a portfolio detailing evidence of their study and experience in six areas – art, science, geography, music, writing and mathematics. Prizes will be awarded to all pupils who submit a portfolio deemed to be complete.
At Worth we recognise there are able, gifted and talented pupils with the potential for higher level performance across a range of abilities. Our academic enrichment programme provides opportunities for students to develop skills or talents in a challenging and engaging way.
