Boys in Rutherford House are supporting the Movember charity for a sixth successive year and have already taken their fundraising beyond £20,000.
Movember is an annual event in November where participants grow a moustache to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.
Rutherford Housemaster Mr Liam Richman and his Sixth Form boys have been taking part in Movember since 2020. This year they have already raised £4,728 towards their target of £7,000, which takes the total money they have raised in the last six years to an incredible £20,522.
