During these difficult times of self-isolation Mindfulness and Meditation could help you manage your stress more effectively and work through it more quickly.
Frequent practise, even micro-sessions of a few minutes or less, imparts significant health benefits. Research suggests that mindfulness and meditation can improve cognitive performance as well as increasing self-control and sustaining attention, which can be challenging when you are being taught online each day.
