Function Rooms
A wide range of rooms to host any event.
Featured below are some of the main function rooms that the School can offer. However, the School has a wide range of rooms which can be transformed to host any style of event, from pavilions to music rooms. If you cannot see a venue below that would suit your event, please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements and we can suggest a suitable venue. Various catering options are available at all venues and can be viewed under the 'Catering' tab.
Large Function Rooms:
Spencer Building Function Room
Modern function room with state-of-the-art, integrated audio-visual equipment. Suitable for a range of events (see ‘Conferences’ tab for conference packages). Catered options are available plus there is access to a kitchenette for self-catering of tea/coffee etc.

The Whitehead Room
A stunning hall featuring wood panelled walls, mosaic ceiling and views across the South Downs. Suitable for a range of events from dinners and parties to lectures and concerts. Features a large screen projector, integrated audio and access to a baby-grand piano.

The Cowdray Room
A formal room featuring beautiful detailing and wood panelled walls. Access to paved terrace with sweeping views of the South Downs. Suitable for dinners with banquet style seating, drinks parties and meetings, includes access to a large Clevertouch screen.

Meeting Rooms:
Spencer Building Meeting Room: Four rooms available, all suitable for 10-12 people with a Clevertouch screen included. Catered options are available as well as access to a small kitchenette for self-catering of tea/coffee etc.
The Napier Room: Suitable for up to 10 people with a Clevertouch screen included. Catered options available.
Classrooms:
The School has a range of classrooms available for hire with a maximum capacity of 24. All classrooms include access to a Clevertouch screen or projector with integrated audio.
