The new state-of-the-art Spencer Building provides an ideal venue for your business conference.  Featuring:

  • a function room with a maximum capacity of 120 people
  • four small breakout rooms suitable for up to 12 people each
  • three larger breakout rooms suitable for up to 24 people each
  • A kitchenette with hot water tap and an informal seating area
  • A spacious room for networking and refreshments

Larger conferences for up to 250 people may make use of our 255-seat theatre for talks and presentations before heading to the Spencer Building for breakout spaces, refreshments and lunch.

The site is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the South Downs, despite being just five minutes by car from the M23 motorway, 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 10 minutes from Crawley – the perfect blend of convenience and escapism!
