Worth Week is a great success
Students had great fun as they began the new academic year with a range of ‘Worth Week’ activities.
The programme included learning bushcraft skills, geocaching, year group walks and a journey on the Bluebell Railway for the youngest students in the school.
The idea of ‘Worth Week’ is to promote team building and community. One new student said: “It was great because I have made many new friends. The activities were fun and I particularly liked going on the Bluebell Railway.”
Ahead of ‘Worth Week’, Head Master Mr Stuart McPherson said the initiative was an opportunity “to find new friendships and a sense of belonging in the Worth community.”
Here are a few pictures from the various activities. Two fuller galleries of pictures can be found on the school Facebook page here.
