Inspiring trip for students

With five different sessions from leading chemists in academia and industry, Sixth Form students were inspired by a recent Chemistry in Action event which they attended in London.

The event, at the Emmanuel Centre, provided a day of chemistry, taking students from their studies to cutting-edge research and future applications in great style. As well as the five sessions which included opportunities to interact, take part in quizzes and a chance to questions the scientists, there was also a session on examination success.

Every year pupils at Worth take part in a wide variety of trips and visits, both in this country and abroad, to support educational development.
