Guest talk for boarding girls

Fri, Mar 1st, 2024
Worth School

Girls in St Mary’s Sixth were delighted to welcome Dr Olivia Hum into the House to deliver a talk on women’s health.

Dr Hum is an experienced GP and has been a GP Partner at Foundry Healthcare in Lewes for the last 16 years. She trained at Cambridge University and UCL Medical School and has worked in Australia and East Timor.

Her talk to the Sixth Form boarding girls was titled ‘Women’s Health – Adolescence to Menopause’, covering vital but often neglected issues so relevant to the lives of all young women, whatever age.

St Mary’s Sixth were extremely grateful to Friends of Worth, our parent association, for making the evening possible.
