A great musical achievement

Congratulations to Sixth Form student Jessica who is celebrating achieving two significant music diplomas.

Jessica was successful last term in completing her Level 4 Diploma in Music Performance in piano with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

She also achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Music Performance for the cello with the Associate of Trinity College London. This is the equivalent in standard to the first-year recital of an undergraduate degree.

Each of Trinity’s diplomas comes with letters after your name, which are internationally recognised in the musical teaching and performing community.

Director of Music, Mr Lewis Brito-Babapulle, said: “This is a brilliant achievement for Jessica on which we heartily congratulate her. Jessica has contributed and continues to contribute a huge amount to every facet of the Music department during her time at Worth, for which we thank her. She continues a tradition in recent years of members of the senior prefect team being strong musicians and ambassadors for Music in the School.”
