Getting creative

Pupils are encouraged to be creative in their work and Year 7 have shown some excellent work in their first Art project.

The children were asked to build a sculpture that appears to defy gravity and, looking at the artist David Smith for inspiration, they have also learnt to draw from direct observation.

In addition, Year 9 are in the process of finishing some great ceramics while Sixth Form textiles work is currently being display in our impressive Art School.
