A new school year began with a plethora of smiles as all year groups took part in our ‘Welcome back’ programme of activities called Worth Week.
The idea of Worth Week is to provide an opportunity for pupils to ease into the new academic year, to have fun, to make new friends, renew old friendships and to celebrate the community of the School.
Our pictures show pupils having great fun taking part in the ‘Retro Sports Day’ which included a space hopper race, egg and spoon race, three-legged race, sack race and tug-of-war. The programme also included House icebreakers, a values carousel, orienteering, Games sessions, a Worth history walk and a treasure hunt for our Junior School pupils.
It was a great way for pupils to ease back into the academic year.
