Families enjoy Open Day at Worth

Worth was delighted to host a hugely successful Open Day on Saturday when more than 100 families were given the opportunity to find out how the School delivers a values-centred education.

In excess of 400 people signed up for the Open Day which included a talk from new Head Ben Pennington who said: “I promise you that your children will have the opportunity to thrive here.”

Attendees were welcomed with music from the Worth jazz band and refreshments outside the Abbey Church before going inside to listen to Mr Pennington who spoke about how our values determine our character, how Worth means something tangible to our students and how we offer a community where everyone can thrive.

Families were then taken on tours of the School by students representing all year groups who were able to tell them about why Worth is the right place for them. The day finished with the chance to talk with academic staff.

Our next Open Day is currently in Saturday 20 March and families can book on to that day by clicking here.

We also offer private tours which can be arranged by emailing our Admissions department at admissions@worth.org.uk
