An evening to remember

Worth School

Our fabulous Diamond Ball, belatedly celebrating the 60th anniversary of Worth as a senior school, was an evening to remember.

Nearly 300 guests attended the glitzy evening in a marquee on the Worth estate last Friday, with dinner, live music, dancing, magic and fundraising.

The evening was raising money for the School’s Bursary Fund and there were speeches, ahead of a live auction, by Head Master Mr Stuart McPherson, Head Boy Chris Ritchie and former student Michael Graczyk, who received a bursary to attend Worth and is now studying Medicine at Cambridge University.

The Ball was originally planned for 2020 but was delayed due to the global pandemic. Most people who attended on Friday will tell you it was well worth the wait.

Here are a few pictures from the evening by professional photographer Sam Stephenson.
