Bringing Science to life

Year 12 IB students produced some excellent work last week on the Group 4 Project, which is a collaborative activity where they tackle different scientific challenges.

The Group 4 Project is a compulsory part of the IB Diploma where the students work in multi-disciplinary groups before concluding with a presentation. As well as challenging their minds, the project allows them to appreciate the environmental, social and ethical implications of science.

Worth is one of the UK’s top schools for the IB Diploma (International Baccalaureate), with our students achieving an average of 37 points last year compared to the national average of 33.02. A score of 38 or more is the equivalent to five A grades at A Level.
