Boys take part in rocket competition

Rocket Club is one of the many clubs and societies our students can choose from as part of the co-curricular programme and last week a team of students took part in the UK Youth Rocketry Challenge, known as UKROC.

This national competition is a great way to engage the next generation of engineers with practical experience of building and executing complex missions, as well as learning more about maths and science.

During the weekly Rocket Club at Worth, the boys prepared for the competition by building and launching a fuel propelled rocket.
