Boarders try axe throwing and laser clay

Boarding students enjoyed another fun Friday evening at Worth as they took part in axe throwing and laser clay shooting activities.

Both activities were part of our weekends programme for boarders, which is also open to day students. Each weekend Worth arranges activities for Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening and Sundays, which are traditionally trips off campus.

This coming Friday there will be a climbing wall and crazy golf course near the main driveway at Worth. On Saturday morning there is a volleyball tournament for Years 9 and 10, while on Saturday evening there is a tennis tournament for all year groups and a Sixth Form bar for Years 12 and 13. Then on Sunday there is a day trip to Brighton.

Our weekends programme opens up a huge range of opportunities for both boarders and day pupils and also underlines our commitment to being a 7-day-a-week boarding school, now increasingly unusual in South East England.
