Athletics team rises to the challenge

Worth athletes performed exceptionally well in the first round of the Sussex Independent Schools Diamond League where they competed against six other schools for individual medals and team standings.

Our pupils recorded a number of podium finishes and personal bests, with one competitor recording four personal bests. The School particularly impressed in the sprints, but good performances came in a range of events.

It was great to see Worth athletes taking part again after two years of no competitions due to the pandemic.
