2nd XV finish term unbeaten

Our 2nd XV rugby boys are celebrating after finishing the term with a 100% win rate.

The team won all eight of their fixtures in the Autumn Term, culminating in a 20-15 victory against The King’s School, Canterbury, last Saturday. This is a remarkable achievement, so well done to all the boys and to Mr Lavis, who coaches the 2nd XV.

Many of these boys have been in the same team since Year 9 and have only lost a small number of games in that time. Their spirit, sportsmanship and skill have been a credit to themselves and to the School.

It has been a good term for rugby at Worth. Other highlights include the U16A team winning seven out of nine fixtures and reaching the Area Cup semi-final, while the U14B team won seven out of eight games.
